Manufacturing Lead Time
All Millbrook Doors products are made to order. Please allow 10 working days from order confirmation for your doors to be manufactured and dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch
- All orders are shipped with a tracking number
- You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched
Free Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £200. Orders under £200 may be subject to a delivery charge, which will be calculated at checkout.
Packaging
All doors are carefully wrapped and protected for transit. We use robust packaging to ensure your doors arrive in perfect condition. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging on delivery, please photograph it before opening and report it to us within 48 hours.
Total Lead Time
From the date of your order to delivery at your door, please allow approximately 13–15 working days in total (10 days manufacturing + 3–5 days delivery).
